Part 1: Welcome to the U Reward Program

Welcome to the U Reward Program! These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the rules for your participation in the U-tec “U Reward” Program ("the Program"). By creating an account and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. This Program is our special way of thanking you for choosing U-tec and being a part of our community.

1.1. About the U Reward Program

The U Reward Program is a free rewards program designed to provide our valued customers with exclusive benefits and unique experiences. We believe that you are not just our customers, but also important partners on our path of innovation. Joining the Program means you will have the opportunity to receive substantial rewards through your interactions with us.

As a member, you will earn our official reward points ("Points") in various ways. Whether it's purchasing your favorite U-tec products or sharing your user experience, every interaction will accumulate Points for you to redeem for discounts, select products, and more exclusive rewards.

1.2. Overview of Your Member Benefits

The U Reward Program offers you multiple ways to enjoy member benefits. The Program primarily includes the following components:

• Earn and Redeem Points: This is the core of the Program. You can earn Points by shopping on the U-tec official website (U-tec.com) or by completing designated interactive tasks (such as writing product reviews). Accumulated Points can be used to redeem discount coupons, physical products, and other exclusive rewards.
• Refer-a-Friend Program: Share your love for U-tec with friends and get rewarded! Invite friends to join through your exclusive referral link, and when they complete their first qualifying purchase, both you and your friends will receive generous rewards.

We have established this Program to reward your support and to provide you with a platform full of value and fun. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how to maximize your member benefits.

Part 2: Membership and Account Management

2.1. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Eligibility Requirements: Participation in the U Reward Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Delivery of rewards is limited to the continental United States. Corporations, associations, or groups are not eligible for membership. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions listed herein.
• Enrollment Process: Membership is free. Any user who creates an account on the U-tec official website (U-tec.com) will be automatically enrolled as a member of the U Reward Program. No additional steps or applications are required.
• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to become a member.

2.2. Member Account Responsibilities

• Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. U-tec is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
• Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing and maintaining truthful, accurate, and complete personal information. This is crucial for the accurate issuance and delivery of rewards. U-tec will not be liable for any rewards that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is limited to one member account. U-tec reserves the right to verify member accounts. If any individual is found to have multiple accounts, U-tec has the right to freeze, merge these accounts, and may cancel or forfeit the accumulated Points and related benefits in duplicate accounts.

2.3. Program Communications and Data Privacy

• Consent to Communications: By becoming a member, you consent to receive transactional emails related to the U Reward Program, such as Point balance notifications, reward redemption confirmations, etc. You can manage your preferences for marketing communications at any time through your account settings or the link in the emails.
• Data Privacy: U-tec is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected through the Program will be managed and used in strict accordance with U-tec's official Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy. We encourage all members to read the policy in detail to understand how their personal information will be used.

Part 3: Points System: Earning Rewards

3.1. Earning Through Qualifying Purchases

• Base Earning Rate: For every $1 spent on U-tec.com, you will earn 3 Points.
• Calculation Basis: Points are calculated based on the order subtotal, which is the amount after all discounts, coupons, or promotional codes have been applied, and before taxes and shipping fees are calculated.
• Exclusions: Purchases of gift cards, payments for shipping and taxes, or the portion of a discount redeemed using Points do not generate new Points.

3.2. Earning Through Interactive Activities (Non-Purchase)

To encourage deeper engagement with the U-tec community and brand ecosystem, we have established several ways to earn Points without making a purchase:

• Welcome Reward: New users will receive a one-time reward of 500 Points upon successfully creating a U-tec account.
• Share Your Thoughts: Earn 100 Points for writing a review for a purchased product after it has been approved. This reward has the following restrictions:
  • Points have a 7-day approval period.
  • This reward is limited to once per week.
• Birthday Reward: After filling in your birthday information in your profile, you will automatically receive 200 Points as a gift on your birthday each year.

3.3. Accrual and Vesting of Points

• Vesting Period: All Points earned through purchases will enter a "Pending" state for 30 days after the order is shipped. After 30 days, if no return has occurred, the Points will officially become "Active".
• Impact of Returns: If you return any product from an order that generated Points, the corresponding pending or issued Points for that product's value will be deducted from your account. Partial refunds will also result in a proportional deduction of Points.

4.1. Redeeming for Discount Coupons

You can use your Points to redeem discount coupons of various denominations for direct use on future orders at U-tec.com. All discount coupons expire 6 months after redemption.

• $10 Discount Coupon: 1,000 Points (minimum purchase $20)
• $20 Discount Coupon: 2,000 Points (minimum purchase $40)
• $30 Discount Coupon: 3000 Points (minimum purchase $60)
• $50 Discount Coupon: 5,000 Points (minimum purchase $100)
• $100 Discount Coupon: 10,000 Points (minimum purchase $200)

4.2. Redeeming for Physical Products and Services

In addition to discount coupons, you can also use your Points to redeem for select U-tec physical products or value-added services.

• U-tec Smart 3-Way Dimmer Switch: 2,000 Points
• Zinc Alloy Passage Lever Handle: 5,000 Points
• 6-Month Free Extended Warranty Service: 7,500 Points
• Free Shipping Service: 1,000 Points (up to $10 value)

• For the Referred Friend (Referee): When a new user visits U-tec.com through your referral link and makes their first purchase, they can use a $30 discount coupon on an order ,  This coupon can be combined with other discounts. It is only valid for purchases of specific products designated for the Refer-a-Friend Program. The list of eligible products may change over time. Please refer to the official referral program page for the current list of applicable products.
• For the Referrer: When the referred friend successfully completes their first qualifying purchase (minimum spend $60) and the order passes the 30-day verification period, the referrer will receive a reward of 3,000 Points.

5.3. Referral Verification and Restrictions

• Definition of a Successful Referral: A referral is considered "successful" only if all the following conditions are met:
  • The referred person must be a new customer (i.e., has never registered or purchased on U-tec.com before).
  • The referred person must complete their first qualifying purchase through the referrer's exclusive link.
  • The referred person's order does not have a return, refund, or cancellation within the 30-day verification period after shipment.
• Purchase Restriction: The referral reward is valid only when the referred friend purchases a product from the Ultraloq smart lock series.
• Anti-Fraud Measures: Self-referral is prohibited. U-tec reserves the final right of interpretation for all referral activities and has the right to unilaterally cancel related rewards and suspend or terminate the participation of related accounts upon discovery of any suspicious, fraudulent, or violating behavior.
