Things Need to Know Before Buying
Your house was built or remodeled before the mid-80’s, probably No Neutral Wire (The neutral wire is required).
Does NOT support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
One U-tec 3-way dimmer switch per 3-way circuit is enough (The other end needs to be a non-dimmable standard/dumb 3-way).
